Translation

High level of happiness will accrue to a yogi who has a tranquil mind
devoid of passionate qualities (such as obsession and aversion), and who is
focused on the Lord. This is a well-known fact.

In this manner, a seeker who is constantly focused on the Lord, and
is free from vices (such as hatred and desire) will experience the company
of Lord and will effortlessly experience bliss.

Such a seeker can visualize the Lord in all beings and see all beings
under the control of the Lord Almighty. Such a seeker has the realization
that the all-pervading Lord present in all beings is equal in infinite,
auspicious attributes.

One who sees Me (Lord Krishna) everywhere and who sees
everything in Me will never lose Me and I will never be lost to that person.

Seekers who see only My presence in all beings and worship Me as
such will ultimately reach My abode regardless of their conditions or state
of being during their lifetime.

O Arjuna! One who wishes for others, the same that is wished for
oneself (presence of happiness and absence of sadness) and sees the same
Lord in everyone is indeed a superior yogi.

Unfiltered First Take

The true qualities of an entrepreneur are calmness, a positive mindset, and complete alignment with organizational goals.

He knows how to control his senses, mind, and intellect. He never seeks external validation, does not get distracted by materialistic temptations, and always has the goal running in the back of his mind. He remains aligned with his vision and goals at all times. He sees everyone as a source of energy to move forward, sees good in everyone, is empathetic, and tries to build an entrepreneurial mindset in people irrespective of their title or role. He knows that when everyone operates with the same mindset, goals are achieved with a higher purpose and success becomes inevitable. Because of this positive mindset, people are willing to give long term commitment to contribute to his vision. Even if they have to part ways due to unavoidable reasons, they stay connected and continue to support each other’s growth.

Even when the entrepreneur is engaged in other activities or performing other duties, his constant thought remains on the business he is building. Materialistic engagements do not give him lasting joy. Even if he participates in such activities, he enjoys them for the moment and returns to his core focus as soon as he disengages. These constant thoughts about the business open up innumerable opportunities in terms of connections, partnerships, markets, and growth.

The entrepreneur considers everyone associated with him in any form as his own people. He responds to their happiness and sorrow as his own and supports and guides them. Detachment does not mean lack of care or absence of positive human emotions. He is detached from the outcomes of his actions. This means he does not expect anything in return from the people he supports and guides. When there are no expectations, there is no heartbreak, sorrow, grief, or anger that arises from unmet expectations. Yet, he never stops performing his duties toward his people.

UdyamGita Interpretation

Krishna now reveals the culmination of Yoga—a state where inner calm, purity, and alignment with the Supreme result in supreme happiness. The yogi’s mind is tranquil, passions are subdued, and perception is transformed.

Such a yogi no longer sees separation:

  • The self in all beings
  • All beings in the self
  • The Divine present everywhere

Established in this vision, the yogi remains united with Truth even while fully engaged in action. The highest yogi is one who feels the joy and sorrow of others as their own, responding with genuine empathy and equality.

Business Insight

These verses describe the inner architecture of a truly great entrepreneur.

At the core are three qualities:

  • Calmness under pressure
  • Positive, expansive thinking
  • Total alignment with organizational purpose

Such entrepreneurs:

  • Have mastered senses, mind, and intellect
  • Are not driven by external validation or material temptation
  • Carry the vision continuously in the background of the mind

They see people not as resources or roles, but as sources of energy and momentum. Every individual—irrespective of title—matters, because collective mindset determines collective outcome.

When the founder thinks this way, success stops being accidental. It becomes inevitable.

Leadership Lesson

The evolved entrepreneur works to build an entrepreneurial mindset in everyone:

  • Ownership over outcomes
  • Alignment with purpose
  • Courage to think beyond job descriptions

People respond powerfully to this trust. They give not just effort, but commitment—often for life. Even when paths diverge due to circumstances, mutual respect and support remain. Relationships outlive roles.

Even while fulfilling multiple duties—social, personal, professional—the entrepreneur’s core attention remains anchored to the business. Other engagements are experienced fully in the moment, but they do not distract or consume him. Once disengaged, the mind naturally returns to the mission.

This constant inner alignment attracts:

  • New connections
  • Strategic partnerships
  • Market insights
  • Expansion opportunities

Focus becomes magnetic.
